Introduction

In order to better cope with the changing needs of the innovation subject, respond to the evolution of research paradigms, and explore scientific and efficient knowledge innovation paradigm, CNKI held the first “Forum on Future of World Academic Libraries (WAL)” in conjunction with International Association of University Libraries (IATUL), Tsinghua University Library, and The University of Hong Kong Libraries.
